Thursday, October 18th: Planned Maintenance
Our data centre will be performing essential network upgrades between 05:00 and 08:00 (approx) and we anticipate a loss of service for up to thirty minutes during this maintenance window.

14/10/07 23:16 Intermittent performance : Websites hosted on Web Server 1 may have experienced some slow running and intermittent performance or have been temporarily unavailable due to a technical fault with an external network resource causing regular scheduled backups to run slowly. This problem has been resolved. We apologise for any incovenience.

20/08/2007 12:30 INFORMATION: The earlier problem with slow running of .NET websites on Web Server 1 (only) has reoccured. Ths problem appears to be related to one specific website on this particular server which is being investigated and monitored.

Update: 29.04.2007, All Servers, 22:00 - 23:30 [COMPLETED]
The installation of various hotfixes and updates will require one reboot of each server, which will be down for a period of a few minutes at most during this time window.

An emergency software upgrade was needed to prevent later unscheduled service interruptions on the core router at the Data Centre and resulted in a brief interruption to all services. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
