You select the level of relationship you want with us to suit your needs. We provide both Managed and Unmanaged Services.

self-managed services (hosting only)

Unmanaged Services include the provision and support of hosting services for your website. Unmanaged services are best suited for websites you have built yourself and you wish to maintain, or where your designer or developer provides you with support for your application. The scope of support at this level is limited to the platform itself, for example we can help you to set up mailboxes, but we cannot do it for you.

However you can still request assistance, advice and consultancy online which is provided at an additional "pay as you go" rate. This package is suited best to budget-concious Clients, most personal accounts, and Clients whose websites have minimal support requirements or require little maintenance.

managed service packages

Our managed services package is ideal for Clients with high availability, mission critical websites and solutions and provides a minimum of one hour of support, advice and consultancy each month. Time can be used for website maintenance and updates, support or any other regular scheduled service we provide for you by arrangement. It also provides telephone support via a low-call rate 0845 number during business hours.

The scope of support is not simply limited to the use of your facilities and the software we provide, but can be used for more general consultancy and custom configurations including management of user mailboxes and passwords. This service level also provides time for marketing activities and provides our e-commerce merchants with a complete end to end service, including design, hosting, consultancy and online marketing.

This service level is suited to most Clients and allows the addition of a second authorised contact on your Account. If you need more time you can book additional time in advance or upgrade your package and benefit from a reduced hourly rate for all additional hours used.

This package provides for a local "test and development" copy of your website(s) kept operational at all times in order to reduce the time taken to develop, test and deploy revisions to your website.
